Sport psychology workshops are interactive and personally designed to fit your team's needs. We will collaborate to identify the sport psychology topic that will be best for your team. Examples of topics can include communication, cohesion, motivation, or goal-setting.

Educational Lecture

Sport psychology lectures are educational in nature and can be presented to athletes, teams, parents, coaches, athletic personnel, or all of the above. Examples of topics can include motivation, energy management, or the psychology of athletic injury.

When working with an MPC, athletes and performers can understand themselves better, learn more about their potential, and learn skills to improve areas of their life. 

How long are sessions

and where are they?

Each session is 55 minutes. Arianna is in Westchester County, New York, and sessions are conducted via Zoom. For workshops and lectures, she can travel to your site.

What does a typical session look like?

Each session varies dependent on the individual and their goals. An initial session involves a lot of information gathering, such as the use of open-ended questions or assessments. Subsequent sessions will involve the implementation of mental skills, some of which might include imagery, relaxation techniques, or self-talk exercises.

Do you diagnose and treat mental disorders?

No, in Arianna's role as a Mental Performance Coach, she does not diagnose nor treat mental disorders.

If I meet with a Mental Performance Coach, is something wrong with me?

No! Athletes and performers meet with Mental Performance Coaches for a variety of reasons, such as to maintain mental skills that work well for them, or learn how to unlock more of their potential.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance is not accepted, but Arianna can provide you with a receipt for potential reimbursement, which is not guaranteed.
